Dank

Details
Something or someone that is totally awesome.
This is also a term in the marijuana culture that refers to high quality THC product. Comment by: Chris G
I've heard it used for describing something that smells terrible, like "man, that's dank!" I've never heard it used in a positive way Comment by: katy
dank (not slang) = unpleasantly cool and humid ("A dank cellar") Rank: very offensive in smell or taste ("A rank cigar") Dank = Marijuana; the practice of lacing cigarettes with formaldehyde Comment by: Kathy
Use this all the time, just means good... nothing too specific. Yes, marijuana can be dank, but so can a game a tennis. Comment by: JaS    Rated:4/5
Um, where I am from this is definately a negative word. Usually used to describe something "the dank basement gave me the chills' Comment by: YO!Americano
Kathy got it right. The literal definition is not commonly used. "Dank bud" or "dank ass weed" is high quality marijuana, I've never heard it to describe weed with formaldehyde though, Comment by: Tedly

Dekey
Canada flag
Posted by: Prairie
Details
Something that is fashionable, cool. Something done in an unusual or impressive manner. A variation on Deke (faint: a hockey move) Circa early 1970's
"He was trying to be real dekey."
I was in high school in the early 70s in Ontario, and I never heard "dekey". "Deke him out" meaning to fool or outwit him was pretty common -- I haven't heard it in years! I had to come here to find out about "dekey" because a friend saw it on FB superpoke and thought it had a little maple leaf next to it so I should know! By the way that is FEINT not faint! Faint means to drop unconscious. Comment by: Catherine
yeah where did Superpoke pick this one up? never heard it before Comment by: liam
Wasn't this spelled DEEK - Deek em' out - deek to the right - decked out was a whole other realm man ... get yer slang straight! Comment by: Doll
I've never heard dekey, but have heard "to deke" or "to deke out"--a verb meaning to bluff or fool someone or fake someone out. Comment by: val
To Doll: please get your spelling straight! Only *ever* spelled "deke". Comment by: jace
Instead of 'faint,' a deke is a 'feint.' There's a major difference. Comment by: Patrick

dick
Details
penis, "cock"
"Sittin' at home with my DICK hard, I got the black book for a freak to call. Picked up the telephone and dialed the seven digits. Yo this is Marquis baby, are you down with it?" [from the Song Me So Horny by 2 Live Crew]
Also a slang for someone who is very nosy, since dick is another word for a detective. Comment by: Chris G
An asshole, a jerk, also known as a prick. Someone who pisses in your cheerios and then laughs at your expense. Comment by: Sylvia
something thats girls love and love to suck on Comment by: taquisha
Compared to [He's a] "prick" I think "dick" has less connotation of deliberate meanness and more of "that's just how he's built." e.g. I have a relative by marriage who is definitely a dick but equally definitely not a prick. But it doesn't connote stupidity the way "dickhead" does. The person I'm thinking of is in fact brilliant, which is probably part of why he's a dick. Comment by: dbeierl

semen
"It all happened quick when she joined a sorority. Every guy loves her, every guy has. Every guy wants her, and every guy can. Don't fall in love with bruised knees Teresa. That girl's got issues, she only eats cheese (dick cheese)." [from the Song Bruised Knees Teresa by Pepper Spray Trey]
"dick cheese" is not semen...it's the foamy grunge usually found under the foreskin of an unclean penis that has not been circumsized. - excess oils collect along with unclean and excess exfoliates. "Cheese" 'cause it's yellowey or white, like toe jam between your toes. Comment by: zooter    Rated:1/5
I agree with the comment dick cheese is also known as head cheese and it's completely gross and avoidable with the use of SOAP Comment by: Amy
Official term "Smegma" Comment by: DUMMY

Dick Cheney's Hotel Check List
Posted by: Joe
Details

Here now a list of requirements for Dick Cheney's 'downtime suite': He wants bottled water. He wants decaffeinated coffee. He wants an ice bucket. He wants ammo. ... Cheney wants bottled water, decaffeinated coffee. He wants his lights on. He wants the temperature at 68 degrees, the TV's must be tuned to Fox news. I was thinking, 'My God, I wish they would have put this much preparation into the Iraqi War'

David Letterman
